hand in hand

Welcome to the Eta Kappa Chapter of Alpha Phi at the University of California, Irvine! As President, I would like to formally invite you to explore our website and see what makes Alpha Phi so unique.

As members of Alpha Phi, we pride ourselves on the high ideals of sisterhood, scholarship, loyalty, community service, and character building. We aim to develop young women into more tenacious, creative, and successful leaders that actively participate both inside and outside of our organization. Joining Alpha Phi is not only an amazing opportunity to meet an inspiring group of women, but also a way make stronger connections with your peers on campus. For the past 25 years, Alpha Phi has been cultivating life-long friendships between scholars, dancers, employers, musicians, athletes, faculty, and many other UC Irvine organizations. These connections have allowed our members to become more involved on campus and more successful in their pursuit of a professional career.

Joining this organization is a rewarding experience that involves the community, our family, and our friends, and is by far my most cherished college experience. I am truly honored to be in the company of such a well-rounded group of women, whom without, many of my own successes would not have been possible.

On behalf of Alpha Phi, we thank you for taking the time to get to know a little more about who we are, what we value, and what we do. We wish you a Phi-nomenal year and hope to see you soon!

All my regards,

Lila Modarresi
